London based innovators Cynar have developed technology that will convert plastics, a petroleum based product, back to fuels that can be used to generate power.  This is a wonderful example of the closed loop process that we need to be striving for in order to create a thriving, healthy environment on our planet. 

The project is being developed with the support of Cynar's partner and customer SITA, the UK subsidiary of French owned SUEZ, a company that is unfortunately less visionary because they are participating in the planned construction of new nuclear in the UK through their ownership of NuGeneration. 

Perhaps someone should enlighten GDF Suez as to the potential to be derived from the generation of fuel from plastics.  For the full article click here
